About Lendlease Site Access

Subcontractors working on certain Lendlease projects in Australia must first be registered with Lendlease Site Access.

The online system underscores Lendlease’s commitment to the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone working for us.

It allows contracting companies to register their business details in the system, and then register their workers. Contractors then select the role each worker performs for Lendlease, and upload evidence of the appropriate documents and qualifications required to complete that role (for example, licences).

The system also allows Lendlease and its contractors to manage a shared duty of care.

Find My Lendlease Project

The Lendlease Site Access process is completed in two parts – business detail registration and worker registration. As part of worker registration, you will be asked to select the roles each worker performs for Lendlease, and upload the appropriate documents or qualifications required to perform their roles.

Which Lendlease projects require contractor registration?

Lendlease Site Access is being rolled out across all of our Australian projects.

Currently, contractors on the projects listed below will be invited to register by Lendlease before coming to work.

You should only follow the compliance process if you have been requested to do so by Lendlease, and you should only select the project or site you have been asked to register for. Selecting sites and projects you have NOT been asked to register for will cause delays in your approval.

Please click to expand the Business Unit to find your project or site and click the button to go to its Registration Process. You may also search for your project in the box below.

What’s the difference between Lendlease Site Access and the Worker Portal?

Lendlease Site Access is where contracting companies will register their business and employees to work on certain Lendlease projects. Visit Find My Lendlease Project to find details and the correct system link depending on your project.

For some Lendlease projects, workers will be given access by their administrator to the Worker Portal, where they can edit their own personal information, add work roles, update competencies, and upload any required licences. Visit Lendlease Worker Portal to learn more about this portal.

What is the difference between mandatory, conditional and optional competencies when selecting roles in Site Access?

During the role selection process in Lendlease Site Access, you may see competencies grouped under mandatory, conditional or optional headings.

Mandatory

You will be required to submit evidence (for example, licences) against these competencies for verification before your worker can perform this role.

Conditional

This may be a requirement based on your site or specific works completed. Your Lendlease project contact can determine if you must supply evidence for these roles.

Optional

Evidence does not need to be supplied for optional competencies, however if held by your workers, it is recommended evidence is uploaded.
