Let’s get started!
Step 1 > Workers to complete Part A Online Induction
Start by booking your workers into the Lendlease Orientation – Part A – Building online induction:
They must successfully complete this induction and you will need to upload a copy of the certificate they receive in Lendlease Site Access later in this process. Please note that inductions can only be completed in the Internet Explorer browser.
Step 2 > Register your in RAAF Tindal Redev & KC-30A Facilities Site Access
Click the button above to go to the system. To register a new account:
> Start by selecting the country your business operates in, and then search for your ABN
> Enter contact details, including email and business address and phone number
> Select Request Registration to have the business registration verified and be emailed login details
The next steps are to add your workers to ensure their compliance to work on the RAAF Tindal Redev & KC-30A Facilities Project.
Step 3 > Set your company relationships
Login and select Company Relationships to establish your Primary Company (who you are working for) and any Subcontractor Companies working for you. Your selections will notify the administrator managing compliance for these organisations.
Step 4 > Add employees/contractors
Next, add your workers in the system! You’ll start by selecting Manage Roles and then Add New Employee. From here you can enter and save their personal contact details, address, phone and email.
Step 5 > Pay for worker registration
Worker registration costs $95 + GST per person for the management of roles, verification of documents, supply of card (plastic and eCard) and first year’s subscription. Annual subscription renewal costs $50 + GST per person, and replacement cards are $20 + GST. A tax invoice will be supplied on payment.
Step 6 > Add roles and upload documents
You will next select your worker’s name to Add New Role and choose their work roles.
1. A project role beginning with 1. RAAF Tindal Redev & KC-30A Facilities Worker
2. A trade or task role , selected from other roles on site (e.g. electrical, civil, operator)
Your selections will determine the competency documents (licences, for example) you’ll upload in the system to prove your employee’s qualifications to perform the chosen role/s, which may include:
- Proof of Identity
- Drug and Alcohol Test Results
- Generic Induction Cards
- High Risk Licenses
- Trade or Tertiary Qualifications
- Certificates or Statements of Attainment
You will be required to upload their Part A online induction certificate, which they must provide to you at Step 1.
Pegasus validates documents and applies roles
Pegasus will validate the documents you’ve uploaded for your employees during registration. You’ll be emailed if there are any issues and given a chance to update the information. Upon document approval, the roles will be applied to your employees in the system and their access ID cards printed and sent to site. Their eCards will also be sent to their mobile number.
Step 7 > Workers to complete site induction
Finally, you will book your workers in to complete the Lendlease Part B Site Induction, to be organised with your Lendlease Site Representative.
Please allow up to five working days for worker registration to be verified and access ID cards sent to site before you book your worker’s site induction.
On successful completion of the Part B Site Induction, and providing all other documents and information have been approved, your worker’s access ID cards will be distributed.
It’s important that you keep your company and employee details up to date, so you’ll be emailed if any of your worker’s documents are expiring so you can update them in the system.
