Follow all the steps below to register your workers as contractors on the Lendlease The Northern Road Upgrade Project.
This registration process requires completing online learning modules, registering your company and workers in Lendlease Site Access, and assigning relevant roles to worker profiles.
You will only be granted site access when this process is complete.
We suggest you read through the steps before you get started, and allow yourself time to source and upload the information about your employees who will work for Lendlease on this project. A nominated administrator from your business will be required to complete the steps below.
Please note: you should only follow the compliance process if you have been requested to do so by Lendlease.
User guides with screenshots can be found on the FAQs and Documents page.
Let’s get started!
Step 1 > Workers must complete online inductions
Start by booking your workers into the Lendlease Orientation – Part A – Engineering and the Lendlease GMR Passport – Stream 5 online inductions.
These inductions are hosted by Lendlease. Once you click the buttons below, you will be taken to an online learning platform where you will select register to create each worker’s profile (login and password) in the Lendlease Learning Management System. They will receive an email with their details to login and complete each induction:
Workers must successfully complete these important online inductions and supply you with the digital certificates they receive. You will upload a copy of the certificates in Lendlease Site Access later in this process. Lendlease recommends using the Google Chrome internet browser to complete these inductions.
Step 2 > Register your business with Lendlease Site Access
Click the button above to go to the system.
> Start by selecting the country your business operates in, and then search for your ABN
> Enter contact details, including email and business address and phone number
> Select Request Registration to have the business registration verified and be emailed login details
Already have an account? Click Back to login above Business Details Registration.
The next steps are to add your workers so Pegasus can verify their compliance to work on the Lendlease The Northern Road Upgrade Project.
Step 3 > Add employees/contractors
Now your business is registered, you can login and add your workers in the system! You’ll start by selecting Manage Roles and then Add New Employee. From here you can enter and save their personal contact details, address, phone and email.
Step 4 > Pay for worker registration, including access card and eCard
With your employees entered in the system, you can pay for their registration and order their ID cards to work on The Northern Road Upgrade Project. Worker registration costs $40 + GST per person which includes the management of roles, verification of documents, supply of card (plastic and eCard) and first year’s subscription. Annual subscription renewal costs $20 + GST per person, and replacement cards are $20 + GST. A tax invoice will be supplied on payment.
Step 5 > Add worker roles and upload documents
With your employees now registered in the system, you must next select their name to Add New Role and choose a project role labelled ‘The Northern Road’ with the relevant stage number (The Northern Road Stage 2 or The Northern Road Stage 3) to identify the specific project you are working on
You may also select a trade or task role the worker was recruited for on this project (e.g. operator, electrician). Please ensure the role you select has a specific prefix of LL Eng.
See below an example of The Northern Road Upgrade Stage 2 worker role selection in Lendlease Site Access:
Your selections here will determine the competency documents (e.g. licences or tickets) you’ll be required to upload in the system to prove your employee’s qualifications to perform the chosen role/s. You will also be required to upload their online induction certificates, which they must provide to you at the beginning of this process (Step 1).
Lendlease encourages you to select any additional roles the worker is competent to deliver. This provides transparency of their additional capabilities, where the project could utilise those skills or knowledge at a later date.
Step 6 > Pegasus validates documents and applies roles
Pegasus will validate the documents you’ve uploaded for your employees during registration. You’ll be emailed if there are any issues and given a chance to update the information. Upon document approval, the roles will be applied to your workers in the system and their access ID cards printed and sent to site. Worker eCards will also be sent to their mobile number, but cannot be used for site access until profiles are verified and the site-specific induction is complete upon arrival.
It’s important that you keep your company and employee details up to date. You’ll be emailed if any of your worker’s documents are due to expire, so you can update them in the system and keep your workers compliant.
