Follow the steps below to register your business and workers as contractors on the Lendlease Kalbarri Reliability Project.
We suggest you read through the steps before you get started, and allow yourself time to source and upload the information needed to work for Lendlease on this project. A nominated administrator from your business will be required to complete the steps below.
Please note: you should only follow the compliance process if you have been requested to do so by Lendlease. Please ensure you have selected the correct project or site to avoid delays in your approval.

Let’s get started!
Step 1 > Workers to complete online induction
Start by booking your workers on the Kalbarri Reliability Project into the Lendlease GMR Passport – Stream 5 online induction.
This induction is hosted by Lendlease. Once you click the button below, you will be taken to an online learning platform where you will select register to create each worker’s profile (login and password) in the Lendlease Learning Management System. They will receive an email with their details to login and complete each induction:
Workers must successfully complete this important induction and supply you with the digital certificate they receive. You will upload a copy of the certificate in Lendlease Site Access later in this process. Lendlease recommends using the Google Chrome internet browser to complete this induction.
Step 2 > Register your business with Lendlease Site Access
Click the button above to go to the system.
> Start by selecting the country your business operates in, and then search for your ABN
> Enter contact details, including email and business address and phone number
> Select Request Registration to have the business registration verified and be emailed login details
Already have an account? Click Back to login above Business Details Registration.
The next steps are to add your workers to ensure their compliance to work on the Kalbarri Reliability Project.
Step 3 > Add employees/contractors
Now your business is registered, you can login and add your employees in the system! You’ll start by selecting Manage Roles and then Add New Employee. From here you can enter and save their personal contact details, address, phone and email.
Step 4 > Pay for worker registration, including access card and eCard
With your employees entered in the system, you can pay for their registration and order their ID cards to work on the Kalbarri Reliability Project. Worker registration costs $40 + GST per person for the first year for the management of roles, verification of documents, and supply of card (plastic and eCard). Annual renewal costs $20 + GST per person, and replacement cards are $20 + GST. A tax invoice will be supplied on payment.
Step 5 > Add roles and upload documents
With your employees in the system, you will next select their name to Add New Role and choose the role/s they’ll perform on this project.
You must select two roles for each worker.
1. A project role which will be 21. Kalbarri Reliability Project
2. A trade or task role, selected from other roles on site (for example, solar, electrical, civil, operator) Please note: roles starting with LL are for Lendlease employees; contractors should not select these roles.
Your selections here will determine the competency documents (licences, for example) you’ll upload in the system to prove your employee’s qualifications to perform the chosen role. You will be required to upload their induction certificate, which they must provide to you at the beginning of this process.
Step 6 > Pegasus validates documents and applies roles
Pegasus will validate the documents you’ve uploaded for your workers during registration. You’ll be emailed if there are any issues and given a chance to update the information. Upon document approval, the roles will be applied to your employees in the system.
Your workers will receive both a plastic and eCard access ID cards at their Kalbarri Reliability Project site induction, which they must carry at all times so they may be signed in and out each day by crew leads, supervisors or Lendlease staff using a mobile app or kiosk. In the event of an emergency, roll calls will be completed with the mobile app.
It’s important that you keep details up to date, so you’ll be emailed if any of your worker’s documents are expiring so you can update them in the system. You may also elect to invite your workers to the Lendlease Worker Portal, which allows them to manage their own profile. Visit the Worker Portal page for more information. Please also ensure that any subcontractors you engage follow the process above to register their business and employees to work on the Kalbarri Reliability project.
